Athletes

    This will allow us to see your posture clearly and you can perform the movements comfortably.

  • Every player should have the chance to enjoy their sports safely. By achieving optimised alignment and gaining a deeper understanding of their own bodies, improved performance comes naturally.

Alignment

We screen you from head to toe checking your ranges of motion are within normal:

  • Flat Feet

  • Knocked Knees

  • Hip impingement

  • Spinal Scoliosis & Flexibility

  • Shoulder Range of motion

Strength

Common sports functional movements will be tested such as:

  • Hip strength & stability

  • Squat variations

  • Jumping

  • Hopping

Treatment Plan

Upon completion of the session, you will be provided with a comprehensive summary of your results. We will explain identified risk factors that could potentially heighten your susceptibility to injuries.

Afterwards, you can schedule your physiotherapy session to start correcting your alignment allowing you to perform better and play safer.
