Bonus Credit is in the form of credit vouchers. Credit Vouchers are attached to the person purchasing the TAB and cannot be used by anyone else. Credit vouchers are treated as cash. They cannot be exchanged for money or refunded. Multiple credit vouchers may be used in one go. $200 & $300 Tab expires after 1 year from date of purchase. $500 Tab expires after 2 years from date of purchase. You will receive an invoice for each session as requested so that you can claim from your private health when you complete your sessions.
