Clinical Pilates Terms and Conditions
1. Class Packs and Expiry
Clinical Pilates sessions are sold in class packs (e.g. 6-Class, 12-Class, or 24-Class Pack).
Clients who wish to reserve a regular weekly timeslot will have their class pack valid for the number of weeks equivalent to the number of booked sessions, according to their chosen attendance frequency (e.g. once, twice, or three times per week).
An additional buffer period will be added to the total validity to allow for any missed classes:
6-Class Pack: additional 2-week buffer
12-Class Pack: additional 2-week buffer
24-Class Pack: additional 4-week buffer
Example: A client purchasing a 12-Class Pack attending once per week will have a base duration of 12 weeks, plus a 2-week buffer, resulting in a total pack validity of 14 weeks.
The validity period begins from the date of the first scheduled class.
All sessions must be used within the validity period. Any unused sessions after the expiry date will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
2. Flexible and Casual Bookings
Clients who prefer flexibility and do not wish to reserve a regular weekly timeslot may still purchase a class pack to enjoy the discounted rate.
Flexible clients can book available classes online through the booking system.
Bookings can be made up to two (2) weeks in advance, subject to class availability.
The expiry date for flexible or casual bookings is 12 months from the date of the first scheduled class.
Clients on flexible bookings are subject to the same 24-hour cancellation policy (see Section 3).
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booked class.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class will result in the session being forfeited.
The 24-hour cancellation policy still applies in the case of sickness, as the booked class time is reserved exclusively for the client and cannot be offered to other clients.
If 24 hours’ notice is given, the class credit will be returned to the client’s account, and the client may book a make-up class through the online booking system, provided it falls within the pack’s expiry period.
4. Make-Up Classes
Make-up classes are subject to availability and must be attended within the original pack validity period.
Clients can book make-up classes online up to two (2) weeks in advance.
Make-up classes cannot be carried forward or extended beyond the pack expiry, unless covered under the Pack Suspension Policy (Section 5).
5. Pack Suspension (Holidays or Other Reasons)
Clients may request a temporary suspension of their pack for personal reasons such as holidays, illness, or other commitments.
Each pack may be suspended for 2–4 weeks, subject to management approval.
During suspension, the pack validity period will be extended by the approved suspension duration.
Requests for suspension should be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the suspension start date wherever possible.
6. Payments and Refunds
All class packs must be paid in full prior to the first session.
Class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
Extensions or exceptions may be considered in the event of a medical condition supported by documentation, at the discretion of the management.
7. Attendance and Conduct
Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for each session to ensure the full benefit of the class.
The studio reserves the right to adjust class times, instructors, or schedules as needed.
In the event of instructor illness or unforeseen circumstances, a substitute instructor may conduct the class.
8. Health and Safety
All new clients are required to complete an initial assessment and disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to participating in classes.
Clients must inform their instructor of any changes in health status that may affect their participation.
