⁠ ⁠The Headache & Dizziness Assessment is performed by a registered physiotherapist and is billed at the clinic’s standard consultation fee structure, unless eligible for this promotional offer.

To be eligible for this Gap Free offer, clients must hold a valid private health insurance policy with extras cover that includes physiotherapy services and present a valid private health insurance card or digital membership card at the time of their appointment.

⁠Where eligible, the consultation will be billed at the clinic's standard consultation fee and claimed through the client's private health insurer.

⁠As part of the Community Health Awareness Campaign, the clinic will waive any remaining gap payment, resulting in no out-of-pocket expense for the initial “Headache & Dizziness Assessment” consultation.

Clients who do not hold eligible private health insurance cover, are unable to provide valid private health insurance details at the time of their appointment, or whose health fund claim cannot be processed on the day of consultation will be charged at a flat rate of $40

⁠This initiative forms part of the clinic's Community Health Awareness Campaign and is intended to promote community education and awareness of physical health.

⁠ ⁠All clinical recommendations for assessment, management, or onward referral are based on professional clinical judgement. Attendance does not obligate clients to proceed with further services.

⁠Any additional physiotherapy consultations, treatment sessions, vestibular rehabilitation, or ongoing management are not included in this offer and will be charged at standard clinic rates unless otherwise advised.
